Shipping & Pickup Policy

We are committed to ensuring every Cane Corso puppy is transported safely, comfortably, and with the highest level of care. Because this breed is large, sensitive, and valuable, we prioritize the puppy’s health and well-being above speed or convenience.

Pickup Options

In-Person Pickup (Preferred)

We welcome buyers to pick up their puppy in person at our location. This allows us to:

  • Review health records together

  • Answer final questions

  • Ensure a smooth transition for both puppy and owner

In-person pickup is always encouraged when possible.

Ground Transportation

We offer ground transportation through trusted, professional pet transporters experienced with large-breed puppies.

  • Door-to-door service may be available depending on location

  • Puppies travel in climate-controlled vehicles

  • Frequent rest, feeding, and hydration breaks are provided

Ground transport is often the safest option for Cane Corso puppies traveling longer distances.

Air Transportation (Flight Nanny)

For buyers located farther away, we offer flight nanny services when weather conditions and airline regulations allow.

  • A professional flight nanny accompanies the puppy in-cabin

  • Puppies are never shipped as cargo

  • All airline and health requirements are followed

Availability depends on destination, airline policies, and puppy age/size.

Puppy Travel Preparation

Before any transport or pickup, each puppy:

  • Receives a veterinary health check

  • Is cleared for travel by a licensed veterinarian

  • Travels with all required health documentation

  • Is acclimated to short crate periods to reduce stress

We do not ship puppies younger than 8 weeks of age.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the puppy price unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Distance and destination

  • Transportation method

  • Availability of transporters or flight nannies

All shipping costs must be paid in full before travel arrangements are confirmed.

Weather & Safety Delays

The safety of the puppy comes first.

We reserve the right to:

  • Delay transport due to extreme weather

  • Adjust travel plans if conditions are unsafe

  • Reschedule flights or ground transport when necessary

No puppy will be shipped if conditions pose a health risk.

Buyer Responsibilities Upon Arrival

The buyer agrees to:

  • Be available at the scheduled delivery or pickup time

  • Provide a safe, calm environment upon arrival

  • Schedule a veterinary exam within 72 hours, as outlined in our Health Guarantee

No Cargo Shipping Policy

We do not ship puppies as cargo under any circumstances.
All transportation methods prioritize direct supervision and humane handling.
